The City wishes to notify all vendors/contractors that effective August 23, 2021, Risk Management will begin using a cloud-based Certificate of Insurance software called PINS Advantage that will request, track, and store vendor insurance documents for all new or renewing contracts/ agreements. The vendor/contractor will receive a notification email from PINS Advantage requesting the submission of such documentation through a secured link with reference to a specified job code.
