You're invited to participate in lots of fun activities at the Grand Opening of the beautiful, brand new Joseph R. Russo Athletic Complex on Saturday, May 6 at 1:00pm. The park is located at 5070 117th Court North, across from the Palm Beach Gardens Tennis Center. The Mayor and Councilmembers will start things off with a ceremonial "First Kick" to officially open the park. Attendees may then try their hand at Pickleball, Tennis, Soccer, Lacrosse, Football and Kite Flying, as well as making a "worms and dirt" treat. Then you can top it all off with a complimentary ice cream cone!
This new athletic complex includes two large scale multipurpose fields, six pickleball courts, four tennis courts, outdoor basketball courts, a picnic pavilion, concession stand and playground.
