Effective bystander CPR provided immediately after sudden cardiac arrest can double or triple a victim's chance of survival! Palm Beach Gardens Fire Rescue has teamed up with Palm Beach Gardens Medical Center to provide free monthly hands-only CPR classes for the community. Classes will be held on the 3rd Tuesday of the month at Fire Station 61 (4425 Burns Road) from 6:00PM- 7:30PM. Local EMS will give a hands-only CPR demonstration and go over Automated External Defibrillator (AED) use. Participants will have the opportunity to practice their new skills using CPR manikins.
Class is open to all ages, anyone under 18 MUST have adult supervision. Reservations are required to attend.
The first Hands-Only CPR class is scheduled for November 15, 2022.
