The City of Palm Beach Gardens held a groundbreaking ceremony for the Joseph R. Russo Athletic Complex on Monday, January 25, 2016, at 4:30 p.m. Mayor Eric Jablin and Council Members, along with City Staff, were joined by members of Council Member Russo’s family and friends for the ceremony. The Joseph R. Russo Athletic Complex is located at 5070 117th Court North and is expected to be completed this fall.
