ATTENTION: Planning and Zoning is now ONLINE!


As of March 13, 2023, Planning and Zoning now requires all new submittals and reviews to be submitted ONLINE. PLEASE NOTE: Three (3) hard copies of all proposed development plans are still required for submittal and resubmittal.

Thie online system allows all Planning and Zoning processes to be managed online, including the submission of applications, electronic plans, and payment, as well as project updates throughout the review process.

The following Planning and Zoning applications have been converted to online submittals:

  • Development Application (all requests)
  • Minor Administrative Application
  • Place of Assembly Application
  • Pre-Application Meeting Request Application
  • State of Emergency Time Extension Request
  • Variance Application
