All adult programs meet at the Burns Road Community Center unless otherwise noted.

Join your friends for a trip to the show! Registration includes the show and transportation. Participants will meet at the Burns Road Community Center at 12:00pm to depart for the Kravis Center and return around 5:00pm.

The AARP Driving program provides drivers aged 55 and over with a basic review of driving rules, covering new laws, and providing useful, safe driving tips. Florida residents can expect a rebate on their insurance. 

To secure a spot, registrants must pay a non-refundable $5.00 registration fee to the City of Palm Beach Gardens. 

On the day of the program, a check made payable to AARP must be brought to the instructor. To receive a discount, you must provide a valid AARP card.

Cancelled Classes

At times,  classes are cancelled due to low enrollment. If you are interested in taking a class that has been cancelled, please email the Recreation Department or call 561-630-1100 and put your name on a list to let us know that you are interested in that class. Once we have enough people to hold the class, we will try to restart that class.

Refund Information

All refunds must be requested in writing at any of our Recreation service desks or through the Refund Request Electronic Form.

Class Cancellation/Refund Policy

Please be advised that refunds are processed when requested, less a $20 transaction fee per class/activity. Should a participant request a refund more than three days prior to the first class, they will receive a full refund less the transaction fee. If the class or program has started and the request for a refund is made before the third meeting of the activity, the refund will be prorated, less the transaction fee. Any request for a refund made after the third class is reviewed and the appropriate refund, if any, is determined by a committee. Refunds will not be given for missed classes unless accompanied by a doctor's note or unless a class is canceled by the Recreation Department.
