FRENZY is just that, continuous feeding and hitting in doubles formation as the pros conduct. Frenzies are very fast paced and only recommended for stronger players (3.5 and above). If more than one court, pros will divide the group according to ability. Great for doubles tactics and fitness!
CARDIO can be a bit more instructional but is still a very active workout. It’s usually limited to one court with 12 players max. Especially recommended for those returning to the game.
